- As soon as you have a logo and slogan: order yard signs and door hangers. Signs go up for supporters first; door hangers go out with every canvassing shift.
- Before early voting starts: mail an EDDM postcard to the routes in your district so every household sees your name and face.
- The last week: a get-out-the-vote door hanger or second mailer with the Election Day date and polling-place reminder.
- After the election: collect your signs. Many cities set a deadline for removing campaign signs.
What rules apply to campaign signs and mailers?
- "Paid for by" disclaimer. Most campaign materials must carry one. Wording rules differ for federal, state and local races; check with your state election office or counsel. We print exactly what is on your approved proof.
- Sign placement. Many cities restrict signs on public right-of-way and set size, placement and removal rules. Check your local ordinance before signs go out.
- Mailboxes. Door hangers go on doors, never in mailboxes. Anything in a mailbox needs postage.
- EDDM postage is paid to USPS per piece when you drop the mailing off.

What size are your yard signs?
24″ × 18″ on 4mm corrugated plastic (Coroplast), printed full color on both sides so they read from either direction of traffic. They come in packs of 10, from 10 for $150 up to 50 for $750, and H-wire stakes are included at no extra charge if you choose them when ordering.
Do you add the "Paid for by" disclaimer?
We print exactly what is on your approved artwork, so include the disclaimer your campaign is required to carry. Rules differ for federal, state and local races, so check with your state election office or campaign counsel. If you order design, tell us the exact wording and we will place it.
How quickly can you print campaign materials?

What are palm cards and what size should they be?
Palm cards are small handouts for canvassing and events with the candidate photo, key points and voting date. A 4″ × 9″ card fits in a pocket and costs $229 for 2,500 (pay for 1,000). They are too small to mail by EDDM, so use them for handing out.
